Authorization

Before Inlanta Mortgage, Inc. can complete and evaluate your application and give you a credit decision, it will need to order a copy of your credit report from a credit reporting agency. Please read the statement below and click on “Applicant(s) Agree” below to authorize Inlanta Mortgage, Inc. to pull your credit report.

Upon written request, 1) You will be informed whether or not Inlanta Mortgage, Inc. or its agents, successors, or assigns obtained a consumer report (credit report) and 2) If it or they did obtain a credit report, you will be informed of the names and addresses of the consumer reporting agencies (credit bureaus) that furnished it.

I/We hereby authorize Inlanta Mortgage, Inc. and its agents, successors and assigns to verify any information submitted by me/us to Inlanta Mortgage, Inc. or otherwise required by Inlanta Mortgage, Inc. to complete my/our loan application through a credit reporting agency.
